Directions of use:

Once opened, keep refrigerated and top up the jar with oil to cover the condiment. Consume within 15 days from opening.

Mixed vegetables in varying proportions 55%: (Calabrian hot chilli pepper 34%, aubergines, artichokes), sunflower oil, Porcini mushrooms 5%, salt, white wine vinegar, oregano, acidity regulator: citric acid.
