Returns and Refunds Policy (last update 30th April 2020)


Customer satisfaction comes first

We are sure you will enjoy the quality and excellence of our products. At the same time we put your satisfaction on top of our priorities. If you are not happy with your delivery in this guide you will find how to proceed for returning your purchase.

We have a 14 days return policy. Please note that you can only return unwanted items to us for a refund if they are returned in their original condition.

The order has not been delivered yet

If you change your mind before your parcel has arrived, please refuse the delivery. The courier will return the item to us and we will start a refund procedure. Please do not accept and/or collect the parcel.

The order has been delivered

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund.
We do not refund opened and used items, or any intimate hygiene products.

If you want to return partially or in full your order please:

- wrap it accurately in their original protective layer
- make sure the box you are using to send it back is not too large as this can damage the product during transportation
- include a note saying what is being returned
- post it to our warehouse:

- Please request proof of postage when sending the parcel and keep it for your own reference during the refund process.

Damaged or faulty goods

If one or all of your items arrived damaged please:

- take as many pictures as you can of damaged products and box received (internally and externally).
- contact us at info@fifostore.co.uk as soon as you can on the same day of the delivery so that we can give you assistance

Refund process:

Step 1 - When we receive a return, we inspect the product and if satisfied we approve the refund.
Step 2 - Once a refund has been approved we send the money back on the same card you originally used for the purchase (we aim to complete this within 5 working days but in some occasions might take longer).
