Mulino Caputo is a mill based in the beautiful Naples - Italy. 

The company was founded in 1924 by Carmine Caputo on his return to Italy from the USA.

Directions of use: 

Use for any long leavening baked product. Add 100g to 200g every 1kg of flour as you prefer. 

Ingredients: 

Sunflower seeds, brown rye flour, flax seeds, barley flake flour, sesame seeds, hulled sesame seeds, malted barley flour, white soft wheat flour.

Allergens in bold. It contains gluten and sesame. It may contains traces of soy.
