About the producer:
Axel and Paul are two French young that want to promote the organic French agriculture and rediscover those forgotten seeds hat are good not only for your body but for the environment too.
Their ideas begun germinating in 2018 while talking on a bench of the Engineering School they attended, and shortly after in 2020 their company was up and running.
Our recommendation:
Soak overnight then discard the soaking water.
Add 2 peeled garlic cloves, 1 golden onion, 3 leaves of sage, salt, pepper and a spoon of extra virgin olive oil, then cook in salted water (3 times the volume of your beans quantity) for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
Directions of use:
Store in a cool dry place.
