Alce Nero organic steamed Cannellini beans are grown in Italy following strict regulations on organic farming. 

This variety is one of the best known among white beans and is a typical ingredient of the Italian gastronomy for the preparation of soups or to be served as a side dish.

Their nutty, earthy flavour and tender flesh will make a great addition to your meals which will be a good source of vegetable protein and fibre.

Our recommendation: 

As they retain their shape and texture well, they’re perfect to use in salads, soups, stews, and chili. Often they are used in Italian dishes like Minestrone.
