About the producer:

Axel and Paul are two French young that want to promote the organic French agriculture and rediscover those forgotten seeds hat are good not only for your body but for the environment too. 

Their ideas begun germinating in 2018 while talking on a bench of the Engineering School they attended, and shortly after in 2020 their company was up and running. 

Our recommendation: 

Rinse thoroughly and soak overnight.

Immerse into cold water and bring to boil. 

Continue cooking for 30 minutes and then add carrots, celery, pumpkin or any other seasonal vegetables that you have previously sautéed in olive oil. 

Continue cooking for further 20 minutes. 

For a lazy yet delicious version: cooking in a vegetable broth will do the trick!

Directions of use:

Cooking time: 50 minutes.

Store in a cool dry place.
