About the producer:

La Molisana Pasta Factory was founded in 1912 by the Carlone family in Molise. Known for high-quality durum wheat pasta, La Molisana has received several awards for their products, including: the “Gran Palma d’Onore” and Gold Medal at the Rome Exhibition Fair in 1927. Their product range offers a variety of pasta including Classic, Whole Wheat, Special, Organic, and Gluten Free.
