Garofalo Gluten Free Lasagne 250g
Garofalo Gluten Free Lasagne 400g are specifically formulated for coeliacs and gluten intolerants.
Just add it to your favourite recipe as you normally would with lasagne.
About the producer:
Garofalo was established in 1789 in Gragnano, the homeland of pasta. The climatic conditions of the area are perfect for drying pasta, and the presence of spring water that fed the mills made Gragnano the ideal place for the production of pasta.
At the end of the eighteenth century, with a Royal Decree Michele Garofalo obtained the exclusive concession for the production of pasta, as it was considered “well made”.
Our recommendation:
Just lay it in an oven tray, season and cover with abundant Bolognese sauce, then finish with a veil of parmesan. Cover the tray with kitchen foil and bake at 180℃ for 30 min (no fan). During the last 10 min remove the foil and continue the cooking. Simply delicious.
Directions of use:
Cooks in 25 minutes.
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, ideally in a sealed container.
Ingredients:
Corn flour (50.4%), brown rice flour (22%), rice flour (21.4%), potato starch, quinoa flour (3%), stabiliser: E471 (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids).
It may contains traces of soy.
